Rental Rates

We have tried to keep prices simple - Prices for 2008 start at £500.00 ($975) per week and rise to £650 ($1235) per week in peak season. LOW SEASON £500/$975 - January, February, March. MID SEASON £550/$1045 - April, May, September, October, November, December HIGH SEASON £600/$1140 - June, July, August PEAK SEASON £650/$1235 - Easter Holiday, December (Christmas) Villa rental is charged per week and is inclusive of electricity, water, air-conditioning etc.
