| Summary |
| Our beautiful family owned villa is located on a highly sought after community called Chatham Park. We are central to all theme parks and shopping plazas and Malls. We are also only 10 - 15 minutes drive away from Disney World. We have 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. We also have our own private, screen enclosed heated swimming pool. |

| Our Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private heated pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and has everything you will need whilst you stay. The Master bedroom is en-suite and has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet and large dresser with mirror. There is also a TV with 70 plus channels. The en-suite bathroom has a roman tub with shower over and glass sliding doors, toilet and a vanity unit with a large well lit mirror over. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser with mirror. The third bedroom has a triple bunk (double bed on the bottom and single on the top) and a single bed. Also a walk-in closet. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided for your use. You will also find hairdryers in both bathrooms. In the lounge you will find two large comfortable sofas. The dining table will comfortably seat 6 people. In the garage you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer. |

| Oct-Nov-Dec-Jan-Feb Mar-Apr-May June-July-Aug Sept Easter and Christmas Pool Heat There is a deposit of £100 per week booked required to secure your dates. There is a refundable security bond of £150 required with your final balance 8 weeks before departure. This is returned to you within 21 days of your return home providing there has been no damage to our villa. |
