Communal tennis courts, children's play area and a clubhouse are located on the development and are free to use for all guests staying on Tuscan Ridge. Our home is close to all major attractions and is just 15 MINUTES from WALT DISNEY WORLD!!

Our fully air conditioned home comprises of 5 bedrooms (3 Master Suites, 2 Twin Rooms) and 4.5 superb bathrooms, a large family room, lounge area, dining room, breakfast nook and is fully equipped with every modern appliance - including a separate laundry. There is also a queen sofa bed in the family room which enables our home to accommodate 12 guests. TVs with cable package are also located in the family room and in every bedroom, as well as a DVD/CD/VIDEO player with a selection of films and CDs for your use in the family room. A Playstation and games are also available for the younger members of the party, along with various board games such as Monopoly, Scrabble and Jenga. Main Master Bedroom The Main Master Bedroom has access directly to the pool, and has a walk-in-wardrobe situated between the bedroom and the en-suite. The en-suite has a seperate shower and large bath, and the bedroom also has a TV with cable for your enjoyment. Master Suite 2 is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The bedroom also has a TV with cable for your enjoyment. Master Suite 3 Like the other Master Suites, this is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The bedroom also has a TV with cable for your enjoyment. Two Twin Bedrooms, each of which has two twin beds, and each of which has ample storage areas and cable TV. The two Twin Bedrooms share their own bathroom, which is situated adjacent to both rooms. Games Room We have transformed our 2 car garage into a fabulous games room which comprises a dart board, table tennis table, air hockey and table football games if you want a break from the Florida sunshine. The Games Room - along with the rest of our child-friendly facilities - are an excellent way to keep the younger members of the family entertained in the evenings. Pool And Jacuzzi Stepping outside you will have your very own private, heated*, 26ft fully screened pool and Jacuzzi for your use day or night. The pool areas faces southwest for day long sunshine, and we also have a large covered lanai area complimented by 2 tables and 8 chairs for al-fresco dining as well as 4 chaise lounges to soak up those rays. We have also extended the deck area by the Jacuzzi so that furniture can be moved around as you wish. An outdoor shower and inflatable pool toys can also be found under the covered lanai area. For added child safety there ia a removable guard fence. This can be left up.

Rental Rates

LOW SEASON Jan Feb March Dec - - - £550 / $1000 MID SEASON Apr May June Sept Oct Nov - - - £600 / $1080 HIGH SEASON July Aug - - - £700 / $1260 PEAK SEASON Christmas, Easter - - - £750 / $1350 Additional pool heating - £75/$130 per week. Additional pool & Jacuzzi heating - £95/$160 per week All prices include taxes and clean on departure. Security deposit is £75/$100 per week and is refundable Bookings of 6 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee Discounts for bookings of 3 or more consecutive weeks Discounts for late availability Deposit of £100/$160 per week is required along with a completed booking form to secure your reservation. A confirmation will be returned once this is received and the full balance is then due 10 weeks prior to departure.
