Our villa at Tuscan Ridge Davenport, is on a prestigious quiet community with a mixture of residential and vacation homes. The villas are large and on larger than average lots. The home has been furnished and equipped to an exceptional high standard and is fully air conditioned throughout. If golf is your game then the Greg Norman designed golf course at Champions Gate is for you, just 5 minutes from our home, there are also many more golf courses in the area to choose from. Tuscan Ridge is situated on the US27, we are convenient for all routes with excellent access to the airports, Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches and just 15 minutes from Disney.

Description

Our home has everything you would need to enjoy your hectic! or relaxing holiday. The fully screened pool area benefits from all day sunshine and has extended decking providing ample space for enjoying the pool and soaking up the sun. There are 2 living rooms, the large family room overlooks the pool area and includes comfy sofas, TV with home cinema centre with 5.1 surround sound, DVD, CD and radio. The formal living room is a place to relax, this room has 2 sofas, one of which converts into a queen size sofa bed and also overlooks the pool area. We have 2 dining areas, the formal dining room seats 6 and for informal dining, the breakfast nook is next to the kitchen, there are also 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances - a full size cooker and hob, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and waste disposal unit. A selection of kitchen gadgets – electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric can opener and hand mixer are supplied to ensure there is everything you need for your cooking and dining requirements. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 2 masters with ensuite and 2 twin bedded rooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV/DVD, radio alarm clock, telephone, ample draw space and walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a view of the pool. The large ensuite has his/her vanity units, large walk-in shower, separate WC and a roman bath. The 2nd master has a queen size bed, TV/VCR, ceiling fan, radio alarm clock, ample draw space and large closet. The adjoining bathroom has a large shower unit, vanity unit, WC and door to the pool area. The twin bedrooms are divided by the third bathroom. One of the twins has a TV/VCR and Playstation 2. Hairdryers are supplied in each bathroom. Bed linens and towels are provided. A fully screened pool and deck area – keeps the unwanted bugs out and lets the sunshine in, the large pool with extended decking has luxurious padded pool furniture and patio table, the lanai offers comfort and shade to sit outside whatever the weather, the lanai has 2 ceiling fans/lights, the pool has underwater fibre optic lighting for your evening dip.
