This brand new villa is located in the exclusive gated Highgrove community. The community features a brand new clubhouse and community pool. The villa is situated on Highway 27 on the same road as Disney and only 6 miles away. Golfers benefit from several courses in the vicinity catering for all class of golfer (David Leadbetter Golfing Academy is situated 10 minutes down the road). We hope we have created for you an oasis for you to relax when resting from the nearby Disney parks.

POOL AND SPA

The pool deck has been blocked paved for your comfort and the spa is remote controlled. Patio furniture is provided for you to laze round the pool and enjoy meals by the illuminated pool at night. The patio table is in the covered Lanai so you can get some respite from the suns rays when it is at its hottest!

FAMILY ROOM

This large family area is the ideal place to relax and watch the large screen SAT TV or DVD on two luxurious lounge suites. The family room has patio doors leading to the pool area. There is also a breakfast bar to sit at to enjoy a light snack. There is also a phone provided for renters use.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA

Off The main family room is a fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker, toaster, microwave, blender, kettle and coffeemaker. There is a double sink with a waste disposal unit. There's also no need to take home a case full of dirty washing as we provide a washer dryer in a laundry closet, even an ironing board and iron!

MASTER BEDROOM ONE

Enjoy the comfort of a "KING" bed for a relaxing nights rest. Full sized TV, plenty of closet space and a delightful en-suite with walk in shower room. Patio doors lead to the paved deck area and pool.

MASTER BEDROOM TWO

Also equipped with a luxury "KING" bed. A walk in closet for all your clothes. Another TV is provided along with further dresser space. En-suite pool bath with walk in shower and door to the pool.

BEDROOM 3

Has 2 single beds. Again plenty of cupboard space and dressers with TV and Playstation for the younger ones. Bedroom has access to shared bathroom with bedroom 4.

BEDROOM 4

Similar layout to bedroom 3. Access to shared bathroom. bathroom comes with a shower and bath for you to soak away the days Disney walking. Again a TV is provided in this room.
