This luxury executive villa is located in Orange Tree on Highway 27, just 8 miles from Disney. For the avid golfers there are several top class GOLF COURSES nearby and we even supply a set each of men's and ladies GOLF CLUBS.
Orange Tree is a new development surrounded by a conservation area with a TOT LOT, TENNIS COURTS and BASKETBALL COURTS on site. Our villa is in a prime location backing onto orange trees not other properties. You can pick your own oranges and squeeze your own juice for breakfast.
We want your vacation to be memorable and have tried to create a vacation villa that has something for everyone.
POOL AND SPA
After an exciting day at the parks revitalise yourself in the SPA or take a relaxing dip in the fully screened, SOUTH WEST FACING, 30ft x 15ft POOL which backs onto orange trees and is fenced for extra privacy. Alternatively you can relax and watch the sunset over the orange groves. For the children's pleasure we provide INFLATABLE POOL TOYS... For all the outdoors chefs amongst you we supply a BARBEQUE free of charge.
GAMES ROOM
The games room has a 7ft POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE and ELECTRONIC DARTS. Plenty to keep you entertained when you are not visiting Orlando's attractions. There is also a COMPUTER with INTERNET ACCESS. If you decide to use the community's facilities we have TENNIS RACKETS and BASKETBALL for you to use. If GOLF is your passion we supply a set each of HIS and HERS GOLF CLUBS for use on the nearby golf courses.
1ST MASTER BEDROOM
Sleep in style in the magnificent KING SIZE BED or watch movies and programmes on the COMBI TV/VCR. This bedroom has patio doors onto the pool area, handy if you fancy a private midnight dip in the pool or spa. There is an ENSUITE BATHROOM that is the ultimate in luxury, boasting a large walk in shower, double vanity unit and roman bath.
2ND MASTER BEDROOM
This bedroom is equipped with a QUEEN SIZE BED and CABLE TV. It also has its own ENSUITE BATHROOM with overhead shower, bath and vanity unit. Both bedrooms have HAIRDRYERS AND RADIO ALARMS.
2 TWIN BEDROOMS
The twin bedrooms both have 2 twin beds and their own CABLE TV. They share a bathroom that has an overhead shower, bath and vanity unit. We provide a HIGH CHAIR and CRIB free of charge for our younger guests.
FAMILY ROOM
The large family room is the ideal place to relax and watch HBO CABLE TV or view the latest DVD or video on the VCR and DVD that are provided. Alternatively you could challenge the kids to a game on the PLAYSTATION 2. The family room has patio doors leading out onto the pool area which has a large lanai with table and plenty of seating to eat out alfresco.
DINING AREAS
The formal dining room has seating for six people, here you can enjoy a leisurely meal and discuss the days happenings over a glass of wine. There is also a breakfast nook, situated in a bay window that catches the early morning sun. This has seating for a further four people.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has Dishwasher, fridge freezer with ICEMAKER, toaster, microwave and blender, everything for a hassle free vacation and there's no need to take home a case of dirty washing because we also supply a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. |
