Our villa is in an excellent location, just minutes from Disney and near to other Florida attractions. It is a Fully Air Conditioned, Luxury 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom villa with a Screened, Heated Pool. Outside there is a large deck, BBQ and lanai. The property is fully furnished to a high standard and contains all the amenities you need.

The screened South West Facing Pool means you have all day Sunshine! It has a maximum occupancy of ten people, making it ideal for the single family, or two families to share.

The Master Suite comprises a lovely bedroom with a King Size Bed, a view of the Pool, Cable TV, DVD, a large walk-in closet and En-suite Bathroom with access to the Pool.

The spacious lounge has (alarmed) patio doors leading to the pool, Cable TV, Hi-Fi, DVD, and Video Player.

The Second Bedroom has a beautiful Double Bed and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are Twin Rooms with their own closets.

The Private Pool can be heated at an additional cost, and there is a covered lanai for al-fresco dining in the shade where you can cook and dine outside.

The property sits on a large plot with a landscaped garden surrounding it. The pool is a private pool, which has a shallow end and is suitable for toddlers and children. The pool is screened and pool heat is available upon request.

Our guests leave their novels behind when they have read them, so we have quite a library. We also have a supply of board games and kid's DVDs and videos.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, full size oven, fridge freezer with ice-maker, coffee maker, eletric kettle,t ea pot, toaster, etc.

There are full laundry facilities including washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master suite has its own walk in wardrobe, 27" TV and DVD player and en-suite facilities, which lead out to the pool area.

There are 2 Cable TVs. There is a TV in the living area and a video player (with complimentary videos for your use) & Hi-Fi.
