Our Four Bedroom, Three Bathroom villa is situated on a quiet street on a large corner plot and has everything to offer for a home from home feel.
There are 4 Bedrooms; Bedroom 1 is an En-suite with full Shower, it has a TV and large walk-in closet. There are patio doors in the bedroom and a door in the Bathroom leading to the patio area.
The Second Double Bedroom has an En-suite Bath and Shower and a large closet. The Third and Fourth Bedrooms have Twin Beds and closets, and they share the third Bathroom. There is also a Travel Cot for one infant available
The Fully Fitted Kitchen includes a full Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle and Teapot. The Grand Room has 2 Sofas plus a TV with CD/DVD Player and there is also a Dining Table that seats 6. The Kitchen Nook has a Table with 4 Chairs ideal for those quick snacks.
The Pool Area has a Patio with Table and 4 Chairs and also Four Sun Loungers. There is an extra charge for heating in cooler months. A large Gas Barbecue is also available. (Gas to be paid for locally).
In the Garage there is a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron, plus a Clothes Airer. There is also Table Football and Electronic Darts.
Inside this peaceful and well kept community there are Tennis Courts, a Heated Community Pool, a kiddie’s Play Area and a Fishing Lake. The Clubhouse with Bar, which is only a few minutes walk away, is open for Breakfast, Lunch and selected evenings. Buffet Breakfast on Sunday.
Just outside the gates there is a 24 hour Super Walmart, plus a WinnDixie Store. There are also several Banks, Petrol Stations and Pharmacies close by. There are plenty of Fast Food outlets, including McDonalds, KFC, and Burger King. Across the road is an All Star Grill and Bar.
Close by on the US27 is Manny’s Chophouse, a very popular steakhouse. Our guests love it. There are also several other restaurants at the junction of the I4/US27 – including, Denny’s, Wendy’s, Perkins, Bob Evans, a Chinese Buffet and an English Pub.
Just opened just a 5 minute drive away is the new "Posner Park" development, with a Best Buy, Target and many shops and restaurants to open soon, including JC Penney.
An ideal place to come home to after a busy day at the Parks.
