The lounge area has ceramic tiled flooring with comfortable seating, 32" Cable TV (with over 100 channels), DVD/VCR, CD system and a selection of films and books. There is access to the pool area through French doors which are fitted with a pool alarm. Two ceiling fans compliment the air conditioning.

The 2 Master Bedrooms are both en-suite. One is downstairs with a King size bed, ceramic tiled flooring and access to the pool area. The other is upstairs with a Queen size bed and carpeted. Each are equipped with Cable TV, ceiling fans, large closets and one has access to the Pool Deck. The bathrooms have baths with showers over, and each have hairdryers.
The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suites, and share a family bathroom. Each bedroom has Twin beds, Cable TV, ceiling fans and large closets. A roll up bed is available for our 9th guest.
One of the main features of the villa is the pool with oversized deck and covered lanai. The area is completely secluded with luxury furniture including table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The Games area is fitted with pool, table tennis, air hockey table, table football and darts.

Windward Cay is situated just off Highway 192 between markers 14 and 15 in Kissimmee. It is a quiet and secluded area set amongst trees but close to all the major attractions.

Tennis, fishing, boating and walking trails are within the vicinity.
Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach on the East coast are just an hour’s drive away.
