It is not overlooked by any other villas, the sun shines all day over the pool and spa (there is also plenty of shade available under the lanai), and at night the flood-lights can be turned on for that midnight dip in the pool. The plot is larger than most (with a purpose built barbecue patio) and overlooks the beautiful conservation area, you can just relax and watch the Glow Bugs flitter by, challenge your family and friends to a game of pool, air hockey, foosball or darts in the new games room, or just take a leisurely short stroll to the Windsor Palms clubhouse and resort facilities.

Prices shown are per week and inclusive of local taxes, however we also offer discount rates for longer stays and for last minute bookings (subject to availability) that may differ from the standard published rates.

Low season: $900 - Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec
Mid season: $1070 - April, May, Jun, Sept, Oct
High season: $1205 - Jul, Aug
Holiday season: $1275 - Xmas, New Year and Easter

Additional Options available are:
Pool heating at $150.00 per week (recommended between October and April). Crib (Cot), High Chair, Rollaway bed, and additional Maid Service upon request.
